Metal Allegiance Celebrates 10 Years at NAMM Show

Metal Allegiance, the renowned supergroup composed of heavy metal icons, is gearing up to mark its ten-year milestone with an electrifying performance. This exclusive concert is scheduled to take place in Anaheim at the famous House of Blues on January 25, aligning with the opening day of the prestigious NAMM Show Convention, which runs from January 25-28 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Back in 2014, when Motörhead’s Motörboat Cruise suddenly found itself without its headliner Megadeth, it was the quick thinking and spontaneous collaboration of metal’s leading musicians that came to the rescue. David Ellefson, bassist for Megadeth, recounts the experience, highlighting the birth of Metal Allegiance from a successful on-the-spot jam session to Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy's invitation to write an album together.
