On Friday, Lisa, the talented Thai singer and actress, debuted her first solo album titled Alter Ego. This highly anticipated release showcases her musical versatility and charisma.

As a member of the popular K-pop group Blackpink, the 27-year-old has garnered a global fanbase. The music video for her single "FUTW" also premiered on the same day, featuring a captivating storyline.

In the "FUTW" video, Lisa portrays a prisoner who transforms into a vibrant anime character, delivering a visually stunning narrative. The video opens with an eerie tone as a jail warden states, "I can't let you go without showing cell block D. It's where we have our most serious and disturbing patients. In particular, cell 13 is very fascinating." This set-up adds an intriguing layer to the music video.

Additionally, Lisa has shared lyric videos for other songs on her album including "Dream" and "When I'm With You," the latter featuring the talented artist Tyla. In "Dream," Lisa reflects on the power of memory, singing, "Whenever I close my eyes, it's taking me back in time. Been drowning in dreams lately, like it's 2019 baby."

The album consists of 15 tracks, which include collaborations with well-known artists such as Future, Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, and Raye. Prior to this album, Lisa had already released singles including "Rockstar," "New Woman" with Rosalia, "Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me)," and "Born Again."

Sharing her excitement on Instagram, Lisa expressed, "I can't believe my album is finally here. I'm so happy that it's yours now. I hope you love it as much as I do." This message resonated with her fans, further building the anticipation around her solo career.

Looking ahead, Lisa will join her Blackpink members Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo for an upcoming world tour, and she is also set to star in Season 3 of the popular show White Lotus.
