Jakarta - PK Entertainment is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities to refund concertgoers for Dua Lipa's concert that was supposed to take place today, Saturday (November 9, 2024), but was canceled due to safety and logistical reasons. Here is the guide for claiming refunds for Dua Lipa's canceled concert.
According to a statement from PK Entertainment, the refund request process will be open from November 11 to November 30, 2024. The necessary form can be downloaded from www.dualipainjakarta.com.
“Please fill in all required details on the refund application form available at www.dualipainjakarta.com from November 11 to 30, 2024,” stated PK Entertainment, as quoted on Saturday (November 9, 2024).
PK Entertainment has urged ticket holders to ensure they provide accurate details to facilitate the refund process.
“Please enter the invoice number/code and email address of the ticket holder as they were at the time of purchase. The name and bank account number must also match. If there is any incorrect information, the refund cannot be processed,” explained the promoter's representatives.
“Errors or transaction failures resulting from incorrect data provided by the ticket buyer, whether it be the invoice code/number, email address, or bank account details, are not the responsibility of the promoter or the artist's management,” they added.
The company also requested that the public and ticket holders for Dua Lipa's concert submit their refund requests before November 30, 2024.
“Ticket refunds will only be transferred to the bank accounts registered when applying for the refund within 14 working days, no later than December 20, 2024. The refund processing times may vary for credit card transactions depending on the credit card issuer's bank,” they stated.
Before this, Dua Lipa's concert titled Dua Lipa Radical Optimism Tour 2024 in Jakarta, which was to be held at the Stadion Indonesia Arena Senayan, was canceled due to construction issues with the stage not meeting standards.
