Oscars 2025: Demi Moore’s Message to Mikey Madison

The Oscars 2025 were filled with unexpected turns, especially when Mikey Madison won the prestigious Best Actress award. The young actress, known for her role in Anora, captured the spotlight during the Academy Awards held on March 2.

Demi Moore, who starred in The Substance and was considered a strong contender for the same award, took to Instagram to share her feelings about the event. Instead of expressing disappointment, Demi conveyed her joy and support for Mikey, saying, “I’m so overwhelmed with gratitude for this journey. It’s been a ride of a lifetime and we’re just getting started!”

She acknowledged all her fellow nominees as well, expressing appreciation on her platform. “And a huge congratulations to Mikey Madison,” she added with a heart emoji. “Can’t wait to see what you do next.”

Mikey didn’t forget to honor her fellow nominees during her acceptance speech. At just 25 years old, she showed great humility and respect for the other remarkable actresses nominated alongside her, including Cynthia Erivo, Fernanda Torres, and Karla Sofía Gascón.
