South Korean Singer Wheesung Found Dead in Seoul Home

Seoul, South Korea - South Korean singer Wheesung, aged 43, was found dead in his home in Seoul, as reported by Yonhap News on Monday, March 10, 2025, citing local police statements.

The body of the singer was discovered less than a month after the death of actress Kim Sae-ron, who faced career setbacks due to a drunk driving incident in 2022.

Wheesung, whose real name is Choi Whee-sung, debuted in the music industry in 2002 with his album Like A Movie. He was known as one of the best R&B singers in South Korea, boasting a loyal fan base.
